Valet Parking!

The Pfister Hotel is an amazing hotel in Downtown Milwaukee. The cold winter made valet parking a must for me. There is a very good restaurant onsite, with both a bar area and regular seating. Plus there is a lobby restaurant with good breakfast. The bar has a great view of the Milwaukee skyline and a beautiful ambiance. I stayed in the more modern, tower rooms and was very happy with the updates in the room, it being an older hotel. Would love to stay there again.

Classic Hotel

I've stayed in both the tower and 'old' hotel building, both are very comfortable - the tower has better views and some have nice touches like bay windows and swan shaped faucets in the more modern bathrooms. The old building has very comfortable mini-suites which you might get if you upgrade to the business package - which comes with parking, and either free wifi or a drink voucher - worth it. Excellent staff, piano bar in the beautiful old lobby, swank bar with great views on the top of the tower, although it gets a little too popular on weekend nights. An empty barstool is hard to find up there, and even rarer is a seat by the windows, but it's still a good place for a night cap after walking back from the bars or the River Walk. Nice 10 minute walk (maybe not in the winter) to the Museum. The room-service breakfast arrived right on-time and nice and hot, but next time I need to try the huge Sunday brunch spread. Their regular cafe breakfast is very good too. Tiny bathrobes are my only complaint.

nice weekend getaway

Just stayed the night on an overnight in Mil, for a concert. Beautiful hotel, nice staff, clean room, and a great location. Plan on staying again some time and would recommend it for a stay. Would have liked more time relaxing in the lobby.

Bachlorette Party

Beautifyl hotel! I had reserved a king suite, but when I checked in I was given a king room. I was counting on the suite for the extra pull out sofa bed and extra space. I called the front desk and mentioned that I had reserved a suite, they didn't give me any explanation but offered a roll away bed for the room, which I took. There were several weddings going on at this hotel, which meant no reservations were available at the Sunday Brunch the next morning. I probably would not stay at this hotel in the future.

Wonderful Hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pfister Hotel. The staff was so happy to help and was very friendly. The ambiance of the hotel was very inviting and the architecture of the building was absolutely beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and relaxing with the best robe I've ever put on. The 24-hour room service was great for those late night arrivals back at the hotel. The only negative I can come up with is the slow elevators, but I would wait far longer for a stay at the Pfister.
