Beautiful, but pricey

Beautiful Hotel, there was free parking as a hotel guest, wireless internet was not free, something like 4.79 hour. Room was very small, but clean and a beautiful view. A once a year visit, pricey, and the in house restraunts/bars were also very pricey, 2 martini's and tip......$25.00.

Beautiful Hotel!

We had a few errors with our reservation (that it didn't exist), and charges on the bill that we shouldn't have. But, the staff accommodated well and fixed any issues right away. All the staff was super friendly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The Blu needs to change its advertising as they still promote Fishnet Fridays - 1/2 off all martinis for ladies with fishnets. We thought that would be a fun event, but turns out they don't do that anymore, so not only didn't we get 1/2 off martinis, but we felt out of place with the fishnets!

Beautiful Hotel!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was decorated for Christmas and was stunning. The rooms were clean and beautiful as well. We were close to many restaurants and could easily walk to the Pabst Theater where we saw our favorite comedian, Jim Gaffigan. One negative was that the coffee in the room wasn't enough. When we went to the lobby for more, we had to pay for it. Usually a hotel of this caliber has a coffee stand offering free coffee. We found this unusual.

Time-saving tip: Not Applicable

The parking for the Pfister is on Mason Street. We did not use our car after parking in their garage nor were we charged for parking during our stay. We did not know that until leaving the garage.

Great service, average room

We chose the Pfister mostly for location and for its reputation. The lobby is amazing. The service and staff provided the best customer service we have ever had. The room was average, the view was disappointing. The food was above average. We enjoyed our stay, it was everything we expected.
