Just an average hotel
Staff average - not overly friendly. Elevator panel lights did not work. Guest room needs updating, drab, bathroom very old, no kleenex in the undercounter holder. Television only offered select channels, no opportunity to buy in-room movies.

3 STAR HOTEL...YEAH RIGHT!
This was my 2nd and last time ever staying at this hotel! When I first got there, my bed had stains on the pillow shams and comforters. Then they gave me a new room and it really wasn't a whole lot better. The staff was horrible, especially the housekeeping lady on the first night. I think this hotel should be lowered from a 3 star to a 1 1/2 or a 2 star.

Great value
It was an okay place to stay. The room was clean and they had free WiFi and parking, but the temperature controls in the room did not work so it was either 80 degrees or we had to turn it off in mid February.

Worse Hotel Experience Ever
I booked a quick overnite hotel stay at this location last week Saturday. This most definetly is not a 3 star rating hotel. The lobby is small, the lounge/bar smells like old stale cigaretts and reminds you of a vegas bar rm frm the 1970's. I was put in a double bed room only to find that the sheets had huge visible stains as well as the all the pillows on the bed and there were long stands of hair on the sheets & in the sink, The staff moved me to a different room after I informed them I wanted something CLEAN! This room they put me in next was a double, down comforter had visible stains again and the heat did not work. Engineering came took a look and stated that because I was in a room at the very end of the hall and building, they do not get heat really good. He offered to bring a space heater in for me. Housekeeping came to change the down comforter and 2 of the 4 pillows on the bed still had stains on them after they changed the pillow cases. I called again to the front desk only to be informed that there was no other rooms for me to move to because they were booked. The engineer advised me that he had to turn off the boiler in the building because the other rooms in the middle get to hot. But once they were turned back on later that evening I should warm up to about 70 in my room. It never warmed up till about 7:30pm after yet another complaint from me to move to a different room. Mind you it was 50 degrees in downtown Milwaukee when I checked in and in the 30's by 4pm. Would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE!!!!!!

Relaxing Weekend
The hotel was quite accommodating. Shuttle service to the Brewers game was offered. Had free parking on-site. Hotel restaurant. I did expect free wi-fi in rooms which was not available. But the business center was adequate.

Not as advertised
- Reserved a king was given a double and told "first come first serve" - Odd smell in room - Mold/lint on vents. - Clanging pipes. - Heater did not work when we asked about it they just gave us a space heater. - They said "Complimentary Wi-Fi access" but it's only in the lobby. Staff however was quite friendly.
