This place needs some TLC
Location is quite convenient, but would stay somewhere next time. Lacks in cleanliness, comfort, lack of TP and wash clothes. Restaurant next door was ok and reasonable prices.

Craig stay at hotel
Staff tried to give 4 rooms for 1 nite, instead of what booked. Keys would not work on 2nd nite, staff tried to insist we were in another room. Our room not cleaned, and infested with earwigs, prob bec they had us as in different room. Room had no ice bucket, no coffee pot as 2nd room had. Had to call down for new towels as room not cleaned, had to go get them ourselves. Never received an apology for anything. Keys would not work on any outside doors, had to walk to front door even though room was at back of hotel, not a safe thing to do.

Under Water Hockey Player
Not exactly smokeless
The first room I was allotted is in bad need of re painting and reeked of smoke. Fortunately they were able to provide a better room. The place is over due for up dating but is relatively clean . Towles were clean but thin ie done there time.

Good friendly prompt service . Locals seem to frequent establishment. I would dine here again.

tolerable
Deluxe room wasn't anything spectacular, but it WAS clean. Coffee in the room but no coffee maker was strange... but not a big deal. Empty pool was a dissapointment. Restaurant had great breakfast. Staff was atrocious. Even the managers. Rude, and unknowledgeable.

six night stay
Room was clean, bed was comfortable. LOTS OF WEIRD LOW LIFE PEOPLE STAYING THERE. Restrurant next door I would give a eight out of ten..excellent food and good price!

85th Birthday party
The location was great it's right off the interstate the hotel was quite,however you get what you pay for here this brand hotel would be my last choose.

Horrible Stay
Room was decent sized but bedding was ripped, bathroom was dirty thought I was going to fall thru the bathtub showering! Bought food since I had a deluxe room that I paid extra for a fridge, unknown to us the fridge didn't work& all our food went to waste $30 worth! AC barely worked so room was hot! The key cards didn't work& had to replace them twice& then still couldn't get into the hotel from the side doors! Room was not CLEANED like it should be! The only good thing was the location,5 from the airport, restaurants&shopping. The pool had no water in it, but that was never mentioned!

Family Reunion
The hotel was clean for the most part. The location was misleading in a way, booked the hotel in what I thought was Milwaukee, but it was in Greenfield.

Fair for the price
Nothing really outstanding or negative either. For the low price, did not get any unexpected surprises. The wifi connection was very bad tough and they had no land line option in the room ( paid or otherwise)
