Short but good stay!

On my way to a Packers game from Illinois and decided to stay at a nicer hotel in Milwaukee for less money compared to a budget hotel for the same amount if not more in Green Bay. The location was great, the attached structure really cool. There were a lot of people and different events taking place in the complex. Had a great view of the skating rink below. Room was clean, newer and well appointed. Did not have a chance to eat there but menu looked appealing. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay

We loved the location and the room. Things happen and their TV did not work but they made up for it with a generous free meal coupon. The only oddity was that we booked a room for two people and ordered room service breakfast but there was only one chair to use to eat at the desk/table.

Another great downtown Milwaukee hotel option

Our family stays in downtown Milwaukee a few times a year—usually at the Pfister or Hotel Metro, both of which we enjoy. We were recently in Milwaukee to see a show at the Turner Hall Ballroom and decided to try the Intercontinental. The hotel was very close to the venue—around half a mile away—so it's a great location for events at Turner Hall, the Pabst or Riverside. The lobby and lounge area is very attractive and updated. Our room wasn't anything special, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable, with a nice view out the large window. The bathroom was small, but very clean. My one complaint is that we could hear people in adjacent rooms and in the hallway a little too well. Even so, I will definitely consider staying here again.

Foodies: try the Odd Duck restaurant in the Bayview neighborhood. The food was incredible, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the staff clearly enjoy working there and love the food. They feature a rotation array of small and large plates, perfect to share with a group. We had four hungry adults and we shared four or five small plates and two large plates, along with three desserts. And the french press coffee (Anodyne) was incredible.

Like sleeping in a closet...near the side of the road....with Harleys buzzing around my head.

Booked the reservation thinking it was a high end hotel and when we got there it looked like a very nice place. It was so nice that the underground self serve parking was $25 a night! Ten or $15, ok but $25? This is Milwaukee not Chicago. Then we check in and they tell us that they are full to capacity and the only room they have left is a room designed for someone in a wheelchair with a roll in shower and neither of us are disabled. Neither of us are disabled. Too much stress, time, hassle, and money to get what should have been offered to us in the first place. For over $200 a night you can find a much better place.

Summerfest time !!!!

I loved the fact that the have Chocolate covered almonds and Toblerone in the living room of my King bed. The internet was free so was the cable. The front office and staff were great and helpful. The have an awesome Sauna! Only reservation was that in Brew city, they did not provide refrigerators! my 8 pack from Lakefront Brewery had live at 76F temp for three days. The location is just great, I could walk to Water street and the Old Third in less than 5 minutes. Overall had a great stay!!!

Very responsive staff. The Sunday morning brunch was excellent. Close to all kinds of fun activities, e.g. theaters, riverwalk, etc. This place had a very good fitness center. We'll stay there again.
