Tremendout improvement
Hilton has made a tremendous improvement in the service at this location. The difference in the desk staff was night and day over my previous visits. They could not have been more vigilant over my satisfaction with my room.

Good for the price
Went to Milwaukee just to get away for the weekend. The hotel had a very friendly staff, great pool/hot tub area with a small arcade. Rooms were decent in size, but the first one we were in had peeling wall paper and a dirty bathroom. We notified the front desk and were immediately moved to a new room, which was cleaner, but the floor had obviously not been swept. Go out to eat. The hotel restaurant had good service, but not so great food.

Close to Downtown
We wanted somewhere close enough to downtown but without the downtown cost. Easy to get to, friendly staff, rooms were roomy enough for the 5 of us and the rate was very reasonable.

The good, the bad and the really ugly
I really like the hotel facilities, but I was very dissapointed with the staff. Most of them had a very bad actitude. We had 2 more cuples that they did not have a hotel reservation, and I was asking for a better rate for them for 3 nights, but the staff had a hard actitude. We felt that they did not like hispanic people. We never had this experience in another hotels (Best Western, La Quinta Inn, etc)

Great service, Staff was great,
We went to a surprise birthday party at a different location. The one thing that we did not like, the walls seemed to be paper thin and we could here anything going on in the room next to us. They were by no meens loud either. We could here their normal conversations

What a great hotel!
I found the staff to be open and friendly, the location was easy to find with GPS. I can think of absolutly NOTHING that I would have changed to make our stay better. This truly was one of the nicer places at which we have stayed.
