Milwaukee airport hotel with welcoming decor, modern amenities
Cozy, country-style decor and attentive staff bring a different feel to the Country Inn & Suites by Carlson Milwaukee Airport. Good Location
We stayed at this hotel prior to boardung a plane for Seattle. Staff was friendly, room was clean and breakfast above average for free hotel type fare. Based of desk lady's recommendation we went to dinner at a nearby Italian place and had a great dinner.

Good room,but extras not
Room was good, but microwave didn't work well and plate inside broke the first night and the refrig didn't work at all.

closed own dueto flooding
Due to flooding from a storm 4 days earlier the hotel was closed. [...] We were lucky to get another hotel room at an adjacent property, but Country Inn and Suites was ABSOLUTELY unavailable for contact and NO help in getting alternative lodging arranged.

stay at the Comfort Suites hotel right across the street----weeknights and Saturdays they provide unlimited free drinks in the bar for several hours to all guests of appropriate age.

Nice hotel
The receptionist at the front desk needs a little more training. She didn't know how to get to the airport from your facility. The young fellow at night told us right away.

It could be worse
To be honest, the only good thing about this hotel was the proximity to my final destination in Milwaukee. The bed was so hard you could bounce a quarter off it and the pillows were lumpy and I think down filled. Thank goodness it was only for 1 night because I hardly slept and my back and neck hurt the next morning. The furniture in the room was outdated and showed signs of damage either from previous guests or cleaning staff (maybe both).

Man on the road!
"You don't always get what you expect"
I have stayed at this hotel location many times in the past ten years. I have always been a pleased customer! Until now! It has lost it's quality! Several amminities have been removed;ie.24hr pool service, pay-for-view movies, to list a few! Rooms were not as clean as before(coffee pot, shower cutin), to name a few!And my reserved (months in advanced) smoking room, was not available upon arrivial! I will not choose this location in the future!

Six Flags Getaway
Our family recently took a trip to six flags. We stayed at the conveniently located Country Inn & Suites. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool/hot tub. They offered a good continental breakfast, as well as complimentary cookies & mints in the lobby. The rooms were clean & the hotel staff was very friendly.
