Clarion Hotel Airport

Great location for flying out of Milwaukee. Shuttle to airport and long term parking are very convenient.

THE STAFF WAS VERY CUSTOMER FOCUSED, FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE.

The hotel was a reasonable value, but, having just stayed at a Marriott Courtyard in Brookfield for several nights before for the same price, it was rather a let down. The room was old and worn, as was the furniture, and the heater took a couple of hours to warm it up. The bathroom was clean, but quite small. The restaurant, interestingly, was very good, both for dinner (steak) and for breakfast (ham and eggs with English muffin and coffee). And the free shuttle to the airport was a pleasant surprise. I would stay again, but only if I needed to be near the airport.

Perfectly reasonable stay close to airport

We stayed here because we were going to a Brewers game and other places closer were either sold out or very expensive. This hotel was suppose to be a 3 star but really didn't seem like a 3 star it was older and needed some updates. The rooms was ok nothing special and it smelled kind of musty. It took awhile for us to get checked in because of a wedding party. One thing that I really wasn't happy with was that the pool was only open until 10pm on the weekends, If its that loud for the rooms around the pool then they should do some remodeling or updates to help with that. Compared to other trips this hotel is nothing special but it is extremely close to the airport if you were flying out early.

I'm not very demanding but the front desk service when I asked a simple question was very thorough and helpful. I was in town for a four-day downtown Milwaukee conference, and though the hotel was 15 min drive, I found the location and accomodations perfect for my needs. CLEAN and quiet - I don't think I had any "neighbors" in my hall which made for great after-conference work hours. Not a full breakfast but a great variety of pastry choices + coffee and orange juice. I didn't use the pool but it looked above average.

Horrible, will never go back. There were two workers who were very flustered, slow and not able to handle the line of people waiting to check in. (I think a flight was cancelled) The workers took people out of order, and I witnessed three people have to come back to the front desk to get their keys changed because they did not work. When I got to my room my key card did not work! So I had to go back downstairs, wait, get a new key. The room itself was bad. Smelly and did not look or feel clean.I waited a while to let the line disappear and then went to the front desk to ask for a new one but the workers were not there. I went out for a bit and planned on asking for a new room when I returned but there were again no workers at the front desk. So I had to stay in the foul smelling and dirty room. Nothing about this stay was pleasant and I will not be returning or recommending this hotel.

We came in late and got up early to catch a very early flight. Room was much smaller than what we are accustomed to. We were misled about the free parking. However, the shuttle was very efficient going to the airport and returning from the airport--both drivers were great. We also appreciated the coffee, tea, and pastries.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Clarion. The location was excellent close to all of the events that we planned on attending. We also really liked the gym!!!! Very nice. My wife and I work out every day together and this gym was professional. Very clean and excellent hours of operation. We would definately stay here again. It would have been nice if they offered more in the way of room service.

Location is fine right at the airport. But hotel looks really worn and a good carpet cleaning would be nice. I would not stay more than one night to catch an early morning flight!
