Hip comfort in a hot downtown location
Aloft Milwaukee Downtown bills itself "a vision of W Hotels," and the property backs up that connection with a hip, fun, lodging experience in an upcoming area. Great for an overnight stay
Superb location in relation to Water Street bars and Bradley Center. Comfortable enough for an overnight. Be warned that the bathroom door is a sliding door and doesn't close like normal doors.

Perfect spot for the big game
Aloft is located a few blocks from the Bradley Center, Old World 3rd Street and Water Street so you have tons of entertainment within walking distance.

Very thankful!
The staff was so friendly, from the valet to the front desk. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The valet helped with our vehicle and also catching us a cab when leaving for the night. I am very happy with the experience and will recommend and stay here in the future. Thank you.

Great stay
Different from any other hotel stay. The staff was extremely friendly. Room was very clean. Made our trip even better. The parking was a bit pricey though. We will definately be back.

Nice simple hotel
Pretty good experience, efficient computerized check-in. Only complaint is $23 valet service, pretty expensive for a Milwaukee Hotel.

Great Experience!
This was an awesome, clean hotel, in a perfect location to downtown. Even with rainy, cold weather, we were able to walk to the restaurants and pubs very easily. The staff was helpful and very friendly. They even recommended a wonderful Italian restaurant that we thoroughly enjoyed!

Nice for the price
Overall, a nice hotel. I would stay there again. It has a very modern trendy look too it. It is almost to the point where it will probably be dated quickly. The furnishings in the rooms and public areas seem very cheap and will probably not hold up well to average wear and tear. The staff was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms are smaller than your average hotel. I stayed in two rooms. One was a king bed room and one was a two queen room. The bathroom in both offer little privacy. There is a only a sliding door separating the sink area from the toilet/shower area. There was almost an inch gap between the door and the wall when it was closed. Also the shower has a floor to ceiling frosted window that looks into the room and is in front of the exterior window. This is fine for couples but maybe not great for other groups sharing rooms. I expected a little higher quality from the W brand. For the price it isn't bad. It is a nice addition to downtown, and I would stay there again.

Great New Hotel
The hotel is in a great location, right downtown in the 3rd Ward district. They offer free valet parking for hotel guests, a VERY nice feature in the winter. Friendly staff and very clean (I believe they just opened Christmas of 2009). I would stay here again anyday. The one downfall I noticed was no hot tub and a small pool, however, the pool does stay open 24 hours for persons over 18.
