DISAPPOINTED COSTOMER
The trip was supposed to include the jacuzzi. But there was none. It ruined valentines plans. I made due, the king size was nice. "governors club" elevator was cool too, take that one, it goes to all floors.

Great!
Location was great (right next to the farmers market and downtown), and free printing and wi fi (for boarding passes, internet in the hotel rooms). Madison is so bike friendly that complementary bikes would have been nice, and bike racks in the parking garage.

Nice [...]
[...] Executive Governor level King could be with jacuzzi or whirlpool according to hotel website. But room I got only had standing shower (which was nice though). So they moved me when I told them I was supposed to be in either whirlpool or jacuzzi room for the second night.

Common areas: nice - room: not so nice
A terrible odor was emitted inside our original room and hotel staff acted quickly (in the middle of the night) to move us into a new room. Unfortunately, the bathroom of our second room was less than pleasant. Rust stained the toilet bowl and the shower floor was dark with years of wear and was permanently stained. I was very disappointed with the condition of my room at this hotel.

liked everything
great close location to the Capital square, State Street, shops, etc. Clean hotel, nice parking garage. Staff is nice and helpful, cute game room, sauna, pool. Very clean, nice all around.

Great location just steps from State Street and campus. The hotel restaurant is awesome, you should try it. The staff were all very nice. There was no mini bar, so heads up. The coffee in the hotel room was very tasty. The only thing is that the phone in our room didn't work, otherwise I would have given it five stars. Highly recommended overall!
