Great hotel
Excellent location. Right next to the UW Madison campus. Shops and restaurants and the capital are all walkable. Excellent atmosphere. Very nice and helpful staff. Good value. The only negative was that the breakfast was non existent for me. I got there with time to spare and all I could get was coffee. There was no juice or fruit available. No one offered any more than what was put out. However, I definitely will stay here again. with so many coffee shops and restaurants in the area the breakfast issue was no big deal.

Great location, great room, good friendly staff. It was bait more expensive than others but room was far superior to those of the Edgewater up the street.

very small, but pretty nice
Couldn't check in until exactly 3pm, which I thought was odd considering the room was the size of a walk in closet! Had no view out our window and the bed was made for a midget. The only good thing about this place is the decorating and location to state street. Oh, and if you drive a large vehicle, stay out of the underground parking, suuuuuuper tight down there.

Location+quality =Great Choice
Location is incredible. Steps away from State Street, The Union, beverages on the Terrace, and just a few blocks away from the Capitol. Great energy. A little noisy on a Thurs night, but expected due to being on fraternity row. The room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Free appetizers at night and free breakfast in the morning add value.

Like a European Hotel
The Dahlman Campus Inn was very pleasant aesthetically and the staff great. Parking was free and conveniently located under the hotel. The room was large enough for 2 queen beds, but the bathroom was ridiculously cramped and poorly laid out.
