moving to madison stay

The hotel was very old and smelled that way as well. We got a room with 2 double beds with the sleep # beds but both of them were broken. We Asked if we could change rooms for the 2 nd night of the stay and they were happy to do it for us. That sleep # bed did work and it was a king size. Much better. Still a sm. room with no other thrills.

ehh

Dining closed on Sundays, TV was small and did not offer any type of guide service. Bathroom was small, terrible drainage in shower/tub. Light in bathroom didn't turn off automatically as timer switch would indicate.

Great service & excellent amenities!

I needed a place to stay overnight before an interview early the next morning, and this hotel was great. The room was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and clean. There was also a breakfast included with the room, and not your typical muffins & cereal "continental breakfast" but real food - scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, quite a variety! Furthermore, I had some problems with my car and the staff even helped me out with that, too. I highly recommend this hotel - lots of amenities for a very reasonable price!

Great location, Great price

I was able to stay much closer to downtown than my usual far west hotel. The price was low and the beds were super comfortable.

Decent Place

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was a nice size. The bushes outside the window for privacy was nice. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. The bathroom floor was in need of a good cleaning and the walls were paper thin.

Family visit

We visited this location to see our daughter for her birthday. We were delayed one night and the hotel would not refund our advance payment, in spite of the fact the delay was due to the airline and not us. The pool was taken out of service during our stay as well. The rooms small and the sleep number beds are absolutely horrible. Just like sleeping on a cheap air matress.

Unbeatable Price, Quality & Location

I traveled to a high school reunion and met several old friends and marveled at how Madison has grown. Location is ideal for the city of Madison as well as traveling to areas outside of the city. Wear good walking shoes as the hotel is spread out!
