overnighter for graduation

the bed was like a rock, the bathroom was dirty and smallest toilet i have ever seen! the room is also the smallest room i have ever seen! but the desk clerk was very courteous!

dennys is right next door good service and good food if you dont mind the cops at the front door for protection!

Come on, folks, it's a Motel 6!

My first impression of the motel was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Beyond that, the motel is very basic with the exception of the nice indoor pool. I was looking for a clean place to stay just for the night. There are several restaurants close by and the East Towne Mall within walking distance. The place is in serious need of updating, but come on, folks, it's a Motel 6! You're not staying there for the Ritz experience.

Jail or Hotel?

Not many amenities in this hotel other than a sleeping facility. However, the room was relatively clean, so at least it had that going for it. I've stayed at other Motel 6's and they were much nicer!

decent rates, bad customer service

the rooms are okay for the price it smelled old in the hallways and older in the rooms. After driving 4 hours through construction all i wanted was to shower and rest, however when i got to the hotel at 9:15 pm there was a sign on the door that said "back in 15 mins", and a guest thay said he had already been standing there for 3o mins...i waited and waited...by the time the Front desk girl came back it was 10 pm and there were at least 10 people waiting for assistance. I guess this is what you get when u pay $50 for a room. Disappointment

horrible

it was really smelly first and then i found bedbugs. not good. they gave me a refund.

Motel 6 Madison North, was a let down.

The Motel was a letdown, they had problems confirming my reservation, the "heated" pool was freezing, the pillows and blankets were uncomfortable, got accosted by three crack heads while in the parking lot. The internet was down all night. Got charged more than I was supposed too. Got oggled at by muscle head sports fans when I was in the pool with my boyfriend. The only redeeming factor of this motel was the nice staff and the close proximity to Denny's.

Basic, basic, basic - nothing comfy

Small rooms, basic, broken phone - never was fixed. Wouldn't stay there by myself.
