Family getaway
Would absolutely go back!! Staff was extremely friendly! Rooms and overall hotel was very clean. The waterpark was nice! Kids had a blast! However we were disappointed that the pool bar was closed, but we were able to go to the hotel lobby bar which is right next to the pool. Overall experience was Excellent!!

Very nice.
This is an upscale Holiday Inn with an indoor waterpark and great restaurant attached. Super nice lobby.

The restaurant officially closes at 9PM, but we had a meal that ran well past and the staff never said a word.

The service was the best, The Hotel could not have been cleaner. the rooms were large and cozy. The pool was "WOW" Just a great place to stay. thanks

Excellent
We were only there for 1 night. We had gone to Michigan for the week and because we have a 3 year old and 6 month old we wanted to break the trip up and spend a nite in Madison. The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. We asked for a crib when we checked in and it was already in our room by the time we got our luggage and got to our room. Also, because we had been traveling all day, it was nice to have such a quick and easy check in when we got there. The only complaint we had was that it was so far off the interstate, but the only reason that mattered to us was b/c we were only there for one nite. I think for most people that were there for their actual vacation, and not just a stop along the way, it was probably a nice location. The pool was wonderful. Our 3 year old was able to spend the morning there b/4 we left and he had a blast. We also spent the afternoon at the zoo in Madison, which was also pretty impressive. There is so much to do in Madison and the hotel was so impressive we decided we may have to make Madison our destination vacation next time, instead of just a stop along the way. And we will definantly stay at this hotel again if we come back.

Because we were only there for 1 day, we spent it at the Henry Vilas Zoo. It's the free zoo in Madison and it was very impressive.

Frustrated guest
Desk People not helpful.
This hotel by far had the least information about local destinations and entertainment. Asked for a different room rather than the handicapped room I was put in after buying a standard king bed room. I was never moved to what I reserved. Staff didn't know where the exercise room was?? Breakfast buffet was a different price every day but served the same food each day. No consistency in what was replaced each day in my room from the maid service, towels, coffee, and changed sheets. I will never stay at this hotel again and I question if I will stay with this chain of hotels also. Very bad experience, something frustrating new each day of the 5 day stay.
