I went to the Kohl Center for high school basketball. I was promised a shuttle service and there wasnt one. I was put in one room over a dozen flys on the window and next room had over 6 lady bugs like flying around. A ride that suppose to take 7 miles took me 35 miles because I didnt know my way around Madison. When I got back to the hotel I couldnt fine a parking spot. I will never go back to u guys.

West Coasters
Good Experience
We were traveling through Madison on our way to the East Coast. The hotel was conveniently located to I-90 and restaurants and shopping were across the street. The bed was comfortable, room clean, and great delivery restaurants. The cable was exceptional for us because they offer you MTV, CMT, and all the channels where other chains only give you a selection of channels. We were impressed with the complimentary breakfast and the staff was very friendly. We were given a handicap accessible room which was nice but we were on the 6th floor and I felt like I was showering in a coffin due to the low ceilings. The shower head was removable but had poor pressure and a weak spray. There was a dead fly hanging on the ceiling over our vanity and cobwebs over our bed. However the positive out-weigh the negative and overall I would stay at this hotel again; as we did have a restful stay.

Rosati's Italian Restaurant has good food; had the lasagna and spaghetti and meatballs. They deliver so we didn't have to leave our room! Chicago pie not the same as "Chicago" pie, though. Texas Roadhouse right across the street and I hear it's good, too.

Easy Access
easy access off the highway. Also very close to shopping and restaurants. Went to a meeting on the West side and it only took a few minutes to get there from this location.

Nice, basic room. I thought $120 was a little pricey for room. I believe it should be in the $85 - $90 range. Great location!

OK hotel
The location was very difficult to get to. The surrounding roads were hard to navigate. Location as far as amenities were concerned was great. Large shopping center and plenty of restaurants around hotel.
