Arrived after a major snowstorm and cold front had nearly shut down the town. The staff was pleasant and doing well ... considering the state of the town. The free breakfast was good. Overall, its a good value for the price.

Very clean! The staff was able to accomodate our request for an early checkin time so we were able to dress for the wedding ... we were invited to in the area. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were large with a refrigerator and microwave. Several good franchise restuarants closeby

The swimming pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after spending a day at the Sweet Corn Festival in Sun Prairie. We ... chose this hotel because of it's great location to Sun Prairie and other activities in the Madison area. It was easy to get to and was well accommodating to our seeing eye dog. The breakfast room was great - WOW - a great way to start the day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to do activities in or near Madison.

There are many restaurants and a mall within walking distance of the hotel. A definate plus for wanting a sit down meal instead of fast food.

Attended conference at UW and visited family. Up to date and accurate printed materiels in room would have saved me some ... energy. Toilets that really flush would have avoided some disgust. Real shower (I know, city rules) would have been pleasant. Paying the the same rate for a non-smoking as a smoking room would have been polite. Orbitz/web price went up $8 a night for the privelege of a non-smoking room. Staff was great! Friendly and helpful.

Plenty of restaurants nearby. If you want really good coffee, go out the back door of the hotel and walk to Victor Allen's Coffee (next to Potbelly).

There's one of the major malls in Madison less than 3 blocks away, with a good variety of retailers. There also are a number of standalone "big box" stores within a 6-block radius, as well as over a dozen restaurants.
