Warm hospitality and the comforts of home make a great stay in Madison
The Best Western West Towne Suites is in a great location for getting to the University of Wisconsin, Alliant Energy Convention Center and West Towne Mall. With a pass to the nearby and fully-equipped YMCA, there is no excuse for skipping the workout. The hot, made-to-order breakfasts are complimentary, so there is no reason to skip the most important meal of the day either. All rooms come equipped with free wireless Internet access. Pets are welcome at the Best Western West Towne Suites (fees and restrictions may apply).

Perfect Anniversary Getaway
Good price for rooms. We would recommend it to everyone. Nice size rooms and very clean. The breakfast was ready to order and cooked up right in front of us. What a great idea! We will use this hotel again if we come back to Madison.

Over night stay for business
Discovered room had no heat at bedtime - did not feel like packing up and moving to another room so covered up and did ok, but as it gets colder, that room will freeze. I did let managment know when I checked out. Very noisy - could hear every step of guests above me and baby crying throughout the night right next door (adjoining room). Nice breakfast though! Will not stay here again. Will try other hotels in the immediate area.

Convenient Madison Stop
We came to Madison for the Ironman and needed a hotel that wasn't overpriced, was in a good location and had breakfast. The Best Western met all those criteria and the staff was very helpful with directions and it was a good location for on/off the beltline.

Madison wannabe
Very nice place to stay in Madison
The building is dated, but the room is up to date with very nice linens, excellent bed, updated bath and working AC/Heat. Breakfast in the morning is a complete breakfast, with eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, waffles, juice, toast and cereals. Coffee is on 24 hours a day. We were all impressed.

Sweetbriar....
Some problems....
Location was great but when you walked into the smoke-free room you were overwhelmed with the odor of cigarettes and the pillows smelled like smoke. Also one day housekeeping did not come at all in spite of the request on the door. Very disappointing to come back to a room that was just like we left it in the morning. Not what you'd expect for the money..... I rated it three stars and should have given it two....
