Dirty! Rude Staff!
The staff was very rude to ALL of their customers. The bathroom, in my room, was filthy. The towels were stained. The parking lot was full of mud & potholes. The staff wouldn't answer ANY questions, and refused to give me a receipt when I checked out. Not to mention there was a room robbery while I was there, involving the Police. Place Stinks!

Family Visit
Attended a family ocassion. Nothing I can think of. I was a confortable room but needs updating when posible. First time in WI. Wait a minute: *** The have the best breakfast in the world *** And an address that can be located on Mapquest or navigator system can find will be very helpful.

Hair dryer in room, microwave and Fridge too. Did not say that when I booked. King bed, room clean, nice. I gave 4 stars only because fridge didn't work.

Value basic
We were interested in an inexpensive place to stay the night before the Crazylegs running race; We were happy with the helpful front staff person and found the room fundamentally acceptable. There were plenty of towels available that we never find when staying at a 5 star hotel. There was no coffeemaker although a refrigerator and microwave were available. The room could use basic refurbishment. It was quiet without any loud parties going on even though there were many college-aged students filling the rooms.

Worst hotel ever
I had to leave the hotel after seeing the room and check into another hotel. The room and the entire hotel was permeated with an order that was between cigarette odor and body odor. The bathroom was dirty and the condition of the shower door was repulsive with the amount of mold on the door. I am a US Army veteran and have slept in better tents. If there was a zero rating this hotel would have received just that. The location is right next to the old land fill and the entrance is difficult to enter. Stay away [...]

Flea Bag Fire Trap
Dirty, noisy, airport shuttle non-existant. The worst place I have stayed in years. The bedding smelled bad. The wall outlets had so many extension cords I feared a fire starting.

FIRE TRAP!
Too remote. No dining available. NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE AS ADVERTISED! Noisy. Dingy. There are so many extension cords and multi-plugs I am amazed the Fire Marshal has not shut the place down. A major disappointment. I would have left if I would not have already paid for it. I would NEVER stay at the place again. Very upset with orbit over what I consider to be false advertising.
