A wonderful getaway

The rooms are quite large and it is a nice layout. Small full size kitchen,breakfast bar, dining table fireplace, giant ... jacuzzi tub. You could really stay awhile and spread out in this room. The view is overlooking the creek which is lovely. Everyone was very nice!

We had a wonderful stay at Mill Creek; just one night. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. We were going to until we ... discovered that the room had a large whirlpool bath in it. When you first walk into the hotel, the front desk and foyer (there really is no foyer) quite fail to impress. They look a little cramped and out of date, as do the hallways. However, the staff is warm and very inviting and accommodating. The room (really a suite) was a surprise. Full kitchen: glasses, dishes and dish washer, microwave, stove, refrigerator... Dining room table; sofa by a lovely gas fire place. Bedroom was a separate room. Plenty of closet space. Bathroom was huge; very clean. There was also a small, inviting private deck/porch - a nice place for morning coffee, and very handy for those of you who are still smokers. The hotel is in the center of the downtown shopping/lake area and it's very convenient to be able to leave your car in their private lot while you walk around town. (We got a parking ticket from an expired meter the last time we came to Geneva. That puts a damper on a trip.) In fact, when we checked out, we were invited to leave our car in the Mill Creek lot so we could continue walking around downtown. To me, coming from Chicago, that was above and beyond. I REALLY appreciated that. We left the car and took a boat tour. No worries. I highly recommend the Mill Creek Hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean and actually fun. With all its amenities it's great place for longer stay. The location is super convenient. The staff is great. We'll certainly return - for a longer stay.

Comfortable, quiet, and a great location close to everything in Lake Geneva. Very nice suites are spacious and comfortable ... with scenic balcony. Great stay for couples and small families seeking a quiet get-away. Walking to everything downtown and the lake are a plus!

The hotel was right in the heart of Geneva and while not on the water it was in agreat location. The rooms are lovely and the ... ammenities were very nice. The indoor pool is very small and fine for a cool down.

I heartily recommend this hotel, especially the Gold Suite. It was an incredibly nice room, with the 2-person hot tub, ... spacious bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom with King-sized bed and separate areas for dining and lounging. Located in downtown Lake Geneva, we were within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. As hotel rooms go, this was the best one I've ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and courteous, regardless of whom was manning the front desk. Having a parking garage was an added benefit provided at no additional cost. We would definitely return.
