Excellect Stay

The room was clean, the bed was comfy. It had all the amminities that I could want right there on site. Had their prime rib buffet which was excellent. The staff provided helpful tips to find places to eat, stuff to do and would have provided transportation to the golf course had I needed it. It was just a fabulous place.

Quick getaway

We spent most of our time out by the pool! Staff was friendly and came in to replace the non-working DVD player with a new one. They even popped a bag of popcorn for us.

Fantastic Weekend!!

Great place to stay. Just a short trip to downtown area and out of the congestion. Beautiful lake view from junior suite. We had a wonderful stay. Some older parts of hotel could use updating like the elevators, other then that the room and grounds were tops. We will be back for another relaxing trip.

Beautiful rooms- nice distance from LG

We just needed a room to flop in outside of Lake Geneva- although this hotel is nice, it's situated far enough out of town you would think the prices wouldn't so high. For $180 I expect little touches; a full size ironing board and extra pillows. I was a little disappointed that I wasn't able to email their contacts listed on their website to request a lake front view seeing how that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We didn't get to experience the pool because of our schedule but we did take the steep drive down to the lake that was on the map. I think it's lake Como. On the map it looks walkable, but the front desk person said it was about a mile down. A mile is not a long walk, but when you think you're on the lake, you wouldn't expect that. I would recommend this hotel becuase it's clean and has updated rooms. I cannot commment on the ammenities.

Outside town but great restful place

Scheduled to take a balloon ride, but fields were too wet from recent heavy rains - so committed to the hotel and enjoyed the shopping and eating in Lake Geneva. Would advise eating in town as our dinner in the hotel restaurant was mixed with buffet and menu items and some items not worth the calories

Great weekend get away

My husband & I stayed for just a night to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is only 5 min. away from downtown Lake Geneva. It is set back on Lake Como which was a beautiful view from the pool, patio, bar/lounge, and restaurant. Everyone was very nice and the room was nice and clean and looked like it was updated within the last few years. Though there were parts of the resort that looked very worn and in need of some remodeling. Overall, I would recommend. It was a VERY busy place though so if you are looking for a quiet get-away this may not be the place for you (but good luck finding a quiet hotel in the middle of summer in lake geneva).

FYI: I forget the name of the restaurant but it is the one on the corner across the street from Lake Geneva's public beach next to Popeye's..Speedo's, I think?....it looks like a cute diner type restaurant...it is horrible. Overpriced and the food sucks. You think with the great location they could afford to serve decent food? Not the case. Do not waste your money.

Nice Place in the country

Very clean and spacious area. 2 pools and a nice scenic view of Lake Como, they don't have access to the lake, but the pools were enough water. The hotel bar has an excellent view.
