College Reunion
The room was not cleaned very well. There was a dried up June bug on a chair, crumbs in the refrigerator, dried up toothpaste on the mirror, hairs in the bathtub and the bathroom floor was extremely sticky.

Very helpful with mistaken reservation
Another AmericInn Motel with different ownership 1/8th mile north up the road checked in my brother claiming he was reserved for a one night stay. The hotel staff at AmericInn Motel on college ave helped me contact the front desk of the "evil AmericInn Motel" after notifying me that the same situation has happened in the past. I'm still mad that the "evil AmericInn Motel" (looks like a lodge) clerk was very short with me when I asked her if she had informed him, when he checked in, that the other AvericInn Motel may have had his reservation. I feel they took advantage of him, he could have been forced to make the 7 hour trip home after the memorial the following day.

Nice place to eat 5 miles west on hwy 8 called club 8 also hospital across the road from hotel

would stay again!
Superior staff! friendly and helpful, even offered to help carry in my bags! accommodated my neeed for a ground floor room with grace and understanding. excellent value, if I ever have to be in the area again would definately stay there.
