The location is great, next to the river which has a walkway. You can walk to many areas to eat. The room was very comfortable. The bed and pillows are excellent. The room was well lit and the work station was fabulous. If I go back to la Crosse I
will stay here again.
The hotel check-in process was fairly fast - the phone rings non-stop which is somewhat acceptable for the price I paid. The location is beautiful, the room was very clean, and the overall stay was nice. However, the experience was missing
something for the price I paid.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short walk from hotel
Be sure to eat at The Waterfront restaurant, it's only a short walk and the river views are magnificent. Try lunch - it's much cheaper.
