GrandStay Residential Suites La Crosse

Other than a few minor glitches (snotty clerk when we checked in, and extremely small pool) this hotel was WONDERFUL. Our family of five could have lived indefinitely in our room. It was so spacious and in perfect working order. Other than the pool being small, the amenities were amazing. We even liked the shampoo & soap! Free contintental breakfast made it easy to get on the road when we checked out. NICE HOTEL.

I travel frequently to this City and know it well. I have stayed at all the downtown hotels and this stay was definitely the best so far. The room itself and the location really can't be beat. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but is in walking distance to several of this Cities best. And if you are short on time and want to eat in, the full kitchen including diswasher would enable you to save time. You can get these features elsewhere, but here they all worked. Great value.

The GrandStay Residential Suites exceeded our expectations. Our room had a full refrigerator, microwave, stove top, and dishes. It also had a comfy couch with T.V. and sitting chair. The bedroom was separate with another T.V. The bathroom was large as hotel bathrooms go. Everything was spotless. Their express breakfast included bagels, cereal, sweet rolls and breads, coffee, and juice. It is located a short walk from the beautiful walkway along the river in Riverside Park. We also ate at the Freight House across the street. The food was a little pricey, but very good.

I was so pleased with this place! We were traveling with a newborn and a two-year-old, and the one bedroom suite we stayed in made it a comfortable stay! The rooms were huge, modern, super clean! Every detail was thought of, from a laundry basket in the room, to a fully stocked dishwasher, to a TV in each room! Loved the staff, they fawned over our kids. The pool area was great - separate towels, bathroom, large sunny room, warm pool and hottub, my kids thoroughly enjoyed swimming! Breakfast was hugely diverse, with eggs, sausage, and waffles available. Truly a great deal for a family weekend getaway!

Our first time staying at a Grand Stay Residential and it was excellent. We were very surprised at how large the room was and how nicely we could spread out. It was very clean and organized. The only negative was that the bed was not super comfy. It was good but not great. The breakfast was quite good. We highly recommend it, though, and we will stay here again.

Perfect hotel for a visit with family and friends. The separate bedroom provided for a quiet place for the kids to sleep while the adults visited. The pool was quite small, but not crowded, as we seemed to have the area to ourselves the majority of the time. Great location.

When they advertise smoke-free, they mean it. It was so wonderful! The rooms were nicely appointed. We traveled with two young children and they loved the pool and playground. It is close the Riverfront park and was perfect for what we needed. It was a bit pricey, but since there was a full kitchen, we were able to save money on not eating out. I really appreciated the fact that the entire facility is smoke free.

Quite and nice rooms. Better than most of my college apartments.

was on business, but took the time afterwards to do some fishing on the ol' miss. i recommend scott strozinsky of three rivers outfitters. very enjoyable tip, he put us on fish!
