It's Janesville
This hotel is fine for an overnighter. I wouldn't take my wife here for a romantic getaway, but it's clean, and suitable for an "on the road" over night solution.

Filthy Hotel
Will not stay again
Bed sheets were dirty and when told staff about them, they gave us the clean sheets and we had to switch them ourselves. A different lady asked us in the morning how everything was, and when i told her about the sheets, she didn't even say sorry or anything. just said "Thanks, come again." Very small rooms... no place to sit really and relax, no lamps, fridge or microwave. Will spend $10 more next time just to stay in decent hotel. Will not stay here ever again.

Perfect for the one night stay.
All we needed was a place to spend the night, since we were gone the entire day. This hotel worked great for that. I wouldn't recommend it, if you plan to spend a lot of time in your room. The room is extremely small, but was a great price and just what we needed.

Nice, efficient room
Everything was as expected for a budget motel. Free breakfast was bit skimpy but I didn't book a room there for the meal. Only distraction was that the motel was almost empty that night and yet we were put in a room where repairs were being made to the shower walls. Not great planning on the part of the staff. Overall, a good experience.

Meeting Friends
We were very happy with the room and location of the Motel. The room was small but fine for us. We were having a get together with friends & we used the large breakfast room for our drinks & snacks.

Great Location
Location was really great and the rate was good. The hotel room itself was dirty, we found hair all over the room and had a musty damp feeling as we were on the ground floor.

Clean and cozy!
The staff was very friendly and the room met all of my needs. It had a lot of the larger hotel options with the charm of a small hotel.
