"Fantastic Family Gathering"

We used the Tundra Lodge waterpark, visited with family & went to Bay Beach. Our 4 year old grandson wwent down a waterslide for the first time! He spent most of his time at the waterpark going down the slide ;) We all enjoyed the Lazy River. The waterpark is great!!

Excellent facility and customer service

The staff at the Tundra Lodge helped make my business trip a success. Not only were they friendly from the second I made my arrangements with Tundra, the catering staff was extremely accommodating to my dietary needs. I never felt a burden with additional requests. Upon arriving, the friendly (without seeming insincere) check-in staff made sure my needs were met. I was not able to use the pool area, unfortunately. But the families using it seemed to be enjoying themselves. I would recommend this to everyone from families to the single business traveler.

Mostly good but some draw backs.

The rooms were very clean and that was appreciated. The hall ways were VERY noisy and that is not acceptable even in a Water Park Hotel. The worse problem was the piece of bed metal that stuck out from the frame of our bed in room 325. I hit this piece 3 times and managed to bruise the back of my leg. it was painful, but thankful i did not tear open my skin.

Non-stop fun

The kids had a blast. The waterpark's smaller than others we've been to, but still tons of fun. My only complaint - when they closed the waterslides because the lifeguard had to "go on break".
