Ramada Plaza Green Bay

The staff was good and the location was great. The rooms were kind or small and so was the elivator. There was way too much chlorine in the water for the slides, so much so that it changed the color of our swim suits after just one swim. All of our eyes were super red and irritated after swiming.

Staff was helpful, on site restaurant was good, could of been better service in bar/rest. was mediocre/slow I had to stand on my head for service....Hotel staff, front desk, very very helpful, customer service manager( just happened to be on site for a meeting) made ammends for bad shuttle service left us and about 20 other patrons stranded after the Football Game, in the middle of a cold, dark,deserted parking lot and which I am handicapped with a broken foot /ankle we ended up having to take a taxi with other Hotel patrons to get back to the Hotel, but with luck the Ramada customer service agent just happened to be there to right the ship after the ordeal.....but overall the experience for myself and friend were okay...not outstanding but okay, it could been worse but I have had better, the front desk staff made up for one in particular who was exceptionally good was Julio

My daughter will be a freshman this fall at UW-GB and we wanted to get acquainted more with the city. This hotel was an excellent choice because we were so close to a lot of things. We went shopping at the Bay Square Mall, watched a movie, ate at our favorite restaurants closeby, and visited the campus. The girls enjoyed the waterpark at the hotel as well. The three days flew by fast.

everything felt damp (carpet, sheets); hallway-especially close to stairwell smelled like sewer; shower was open (no tub) -- had to wipe up floor when done; no vanity in bathroom (any bathroom items had to be kept outside the bathroom). hose on the hair dryer was short and had to struggle to be able to use mirror while drying hair. food at Big D's (hotel restaurant/lounge) was very good. bed was very comfortable.

The best part was the water park- the kids loved it and the slides were great. The services from the hotel staff were fabulous. The elevator was a bit sketchy and the hotel restaurant was awful. The food was bad, and the service was slow.

we were very busy but had a good stay there. Quiet at night and fitness room is great.

I'm a Christian Comedian and flew in to Green Bay to do a show for a church/school in Wayside, WI. I used [...]because it offered the Ramada Plaza which had the services I wanted and a reasonable price. Other discount carriers did not list the Ramada Plaza.I wanted a shuttle so my way to and from the airport didn't fall on my client or a cab. The shuttle drivers were prompt and friendly. The front desk staff day and night shifts were friendly and helpful, especially Carrie. I don't carry a laptop so the computers and internet access were helpful to me. I also liked the snack area which came with better selection and better pricing than vending. The rooms were clean and well equipped. I will make the Ramada plaza my first choice for Green Bay.

Not once did any of the staff tell us to enjoy our stay or offer in any way to assist us. The front desk clerk that checked us in was RUDE & when we checked out the clerk didnt ask how was your stay or anything !!! I will be coming back to Green Bay many times in the near future but I would sleep in my car before I would stay in this hotel !!!

the rooms were really nice beds comfortablr thought the staff was not prepared and pool was not cleaned from the night before could have been cleaner but was a great time for the family

They should be more informative about the water slide, besides that the over all experience was wonderful.
