Quality Inn & Suites

The pictures and description of this hotel made it seem like a really nice hotel for a discounted price. What I discovered was a hotel in a "dead zone" of town - few restaurants and nothing to do close by - that hadn't been updated in quite a few years. The room itself was fine, but nothing special. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel quiet, so a good night's sleep was had. Breakfast was your typical continental fare. The parking available was behind the building in an alley-type lot. Made me uncomfortable getting out of my car at night (alone). I had hoped to be closer to the UWGB campus...the search engine steered me wrong! As the crow flies, I may have been within 5 or so miles, but it was a round-about way to get there and back. Took a good 20 minutes each way.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the hotel is quiet and centrally located with adequate parking. The breakfast is very good - overall a great value for the price!

The room was fine and featured all the amenities promised. The facility sits on a nice location on the banks of the river. Access requires a little driving from the interstate but it was not hard to find. There is an included breakfast which we thought was excellant. It included hot food items in addition to standard breads and cereals. We were well fortified for out next days drive. The staff was both friendly and helpful.

Regional Soccer Tournament - tons of kids around, but really quiet and clean. Nice stay.

This hotel is in walking distance to the clubs and some restrants.And is nice if you have young kids as it has a kiddy pool for them not to many places do.

We were in Green Bay to attend a college graduation. Check in was very easy and friendly as we had booked and paid online. The gentleman that checked us in made sure we had brochures and information for things we wanted to see and do in the area. Once we got our room key we headed up to the 2nd floor in the elevator, which was very old, noisy, and scary. As we walked down the hall of the "non-smoking" wing of the hotel all I could smell was smoke. I was very thankful that once we entered our room, the smell was gone. Upon entering the room I noticed a big stain on the carpet in front of the bathroom and that neither of the waste baskets in the room had liners. The beds were made very cute and had a ton of pillows on them...I loved that! The room was very basic but had everything we needed. Fridge, TV, shower, and a comfy place to sleep. I did smell sewage everytime I flushed the toilet so we just kept the bathroom door closed. The other thing that bothered me was that there were no outlets for me to charge my cell phone other than the one in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have my phone on the table next to the bed overnight while I slept. The swimming pool and whirlpool were very nice. The pool area was very clean and there were plenty of extra towels on-hand. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and included several hot items like biscuits and gravy and make-your-own waffles. Checking out was also a breeze and the staff at the front desk was really nice. That alone can make or break a stay...so good job on that! Overall I would say we had an average stay for average pay. It wasn't luxury but certainly met our needs for our time in Green Bay. I would stay at this hotel again.

The Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room however was not even close to "Quality". The vacuum cleaner cleaned to 1" of the walls where there was a thick layer of dust around the entire room. The bed Skirt was for a much taller bed thus was more like a train then a skirt extending 6" beyond the bed--and stepped on thus dirty upon arrival. Then there was the crack in the wall the width of the room. The entrance doors banged close with each opening-and my room adjoined the entry hallway--people coming and going until late hrs! Bathroom was clean, breakfast included hot servings. On the fence regarding ever recommending--good outweighed bad

GREAT place to stay for anything you want to do in Green Bay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; including offering a little later check-out time due to our flight status. I did not rate the Pool and Fitness Center as I did not even have a chance to check them out; way too busy at the time. This was my second time in GB, first time staying at the Quality Inn and Suites and I will be a repeat customer!

The staf was vey friendly. Room was clean. Amenities were abundant.

Had a room by the pool. It was noisy with partying adults until Midnight. Kids couldn't even sleep!
