Clarion Hotel Green Bay

The front staff was friendly...after that it was all down hill. The toilet barely flushed, the bathtub drained very slow so I was standing in 6 inches of water the entire shower, the bathtub had old tub mat attached to it, the walls in the bathroom had what looked like mold on them, the "Room Service" menu was useless as the Restaurant had none of the items listed besides burgers. I would never stay here again.

The Hotel was very nice. The staff was helpful. The upgrade was very much appreciated.

No complaints from us... Sure it was not the newest or finest but it was just perfect for a football trip weekend. The restuarant was great and the sports bar next door was wonderful. Staff was super. Read the reviews before we went so was a little apprehensive but some folks would complain about a bonus from their employer.

The people were very nice. The lounge is something that fell right out of 1975 even with entertainment. The folks coming there were very nice, but the place is dirty!!

Very nice location right on the river!! Nicely appointed and they let us park our motorcyles right out front under cover and protected with lights all around! Food was OK...had to get things re-heated. Service was very good and friendly!

Was in the middle of the 4th of july Festivites so easy access to fireworks, food, and entertainment. Did pay for food and table for fireworks and table was taken when came back out. Still good time.

Our expereince at the Holiday in was horrible. We were woke up at one o'clock in the morning by a bunch of teenagers that were throwing a birthday party in the room next to us. When I went to complain I asked to speak to a manager and was told in a very rude way that there was no one available and asked what I wanted. I told the man the situation and he said that he would take care of it. I had to go searching Green Bay for a store that was open at one o'clock so that I could get some milk to put my daughter back to sleep. Then the next day when I was checking out the person at the desk gave me the wrong information and was trying to double charge my card.

The Holiday Inn location is quiet enough... there is no "there" in downtown Green Bay. But the people in the next room sounded like a Jerry Springer rehearsal early Sunday morning. The night before it sounded like a loud party in the room on the other side. With poor sound blocking by the walls and noise in the hallway I say to find some other place to stay if you do not want to be awake half the night.

We came to spend Mother's day weekend. Overall the room was nice. Enjoyed the king size bed & the 6th floor level to over see the river. The hot tub was GREAT. The pool was a bit too cool. There needed to be some kind of hotel supervision to guard against all the beer drinking going on that evening. The area of the pool were the bathrooms were smelled HORRIBLE. Showers were hot. We would stay again if in Green Bay.

The accomodations were great. We just wanted to come to Green Bay for an overnight, to visit friends and be able to walk in the area of where we were staying to get to some of the local sights. Everything was great!
