AmericInn Green Bay West

The staff was amazing. One of my friends forgot her phone charger and the desk clerk let her use his. The beds were soft and very comfortable. The room was very clean. The fridge and microwave were handy. I stayed here with 3 friends to attend a Packer game and we took the shuttle bus from the bar across from the hotel to the game and back. Next year we plan to stay 2 nights instead of just 1.

We met up with family using Green Bay as a midway point and stayed at the Americinn Green Bay West. It was an ordinary Americinn with their great hot breakfasts and inviting entry area. My kids LOVED the pool though it did only go to 5ft, but my kids are young so it worked. The staff was GREAT, even helping us when we had car trouble. The only negative was our room had a musty smell to it, but not enough for us to ask to move. Overall nice place and we'd go again.

We stayed here for a packer game and this is a good hotel in a good location for this type of event. We could stay just one evening (vs often two night min in GB for games)and the hotel was clean and had a nice morning breakfast that was kept well stocked even though it was busy.

Proved to be a good choice following the Packer/Bear game. I was able to easily drive to and from Lambeau Field on city streets and avoid the terrible traffic. Also, a nearby restaurant, Black Forest, was convenient and good. The staff was very helpful. Though our room was not available when we arrived, they allowed us to use a vacant room to change into our cold weather gear. Very, very thoughtful.

We were in town for a Packer game. We had a great stay. The hotel was very nice & the room was clean....we also had enough towels! Front desk staff were all really nice, friendly and helpful. There was also a shuttle that we caught to and from the game which left from the bar across the street. The hotel is right off the highway - easy to get to.

Excellent stay for the Packer game! Location is easy to get to and our room was great. There was also a shuttle to the stadium. We willl definately return.

Called front desk to complain about the A/C unit and there was no response from management.

Friendly service, clean room, good breakfast, and a restful nights sleep!

Spent 2 nights going to football game, location was easy to find. Rooms very institutional-looking, no personality. Sink, refrigerator area looked electrically dangerous with hair dryer, refrigerator AND microwave plugged into a three-plug converter into one outlet. Absolutely NO HOT WATER for showers on Sunday morning at 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was there on business. The main lobby was very nice, however, when proceeding into the hotel, it was very dated. The hallway rug runner was very old and frayed on the ends. When in the room, I noted the mattress sagged and was not very comfortable. The carpets were dirty and stick. Walking across barefoot was not an option. I was very disappointed.
