Great Location!
Loved the location, very cute little town near Lake Geneva. Steps away from the Lake. The rooms here were very nice & beds were comfortable. There were spider webs all over the hotel which wasn't a plesant sight. The spa was beautiful and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Decent Hotel
Had 3 spa services done. The massage was over priced for the experience though I enjoyed the body wrap and facial. Had dinner at the Fontana grill. Had the filet and was very disappointed. It wasn't cooked right, had to send it back, not a big deal. However the meat itself was not very tender and lacked any sort of flavor. The staff was nice and overall it was a good stay.

nice quick getaway
Enjoyed the many pools (2 outdoor, 1 indoor) (especially the adult only pool outside), the free bicycle check out, even though not many bike paths around the "Duck Pond" path they suggested turned out to be a path around a land fill. They could use a little up keep on their walking paths in the woods and more information from the front desk at check in since we had to play 20 questions for information of the area.

Abbey Resort
This place has a nice ambiance and nice rooms. It is a little far from Lake Geneva but the drive was really nice. The only bad part was a few staff members were not friendly but it might have been just that day.

Great stay!
Kind of out of the way place on Lake Geneva. It's about a 10 minute drive to "downtown" but we were not lacking for things to do at the resort: - Great bar with friendly staff - Good restaurant for dinner - Didn't use the spa but looked clean and nice from the outside. This would be our top choice when we go back to Lake Geneva (we've stayed at other hotels in the area)

It was ok
I had heard from several people that this was a great place to "get away" but I found it mediocre. It served its purpose of a place to sleep but I could have been happy at a bed and breakfast for all the hype I received. I would look around for other hotels before staying here again (in a nutshell).
