Ramada Convention Center Eau Claire

went to country jam while in Eau Claire. The air conditioning was not the best in the rooms and then went down for the continental breakfast one morning and they where out of almost everything including coffee

I stayed in one of their Double bed Rooms and at first when I walked into the lobby it looked really nice and classy, Then I got into the elevator and when I tried to get off on the floor I was staying on I tripped because the elevator didnt match up with the floor, the floor was lower then where the elevator had stopped. I walked down the hallway and the ceiling tiles looked like the roof had leaked, they were yellow and starting to cave in. I got into my room and the same thing, ceiling tiles were yellow, the wall paper was yellow and falling off, the room smelled like mold, and my bedroom curtains had big stains on them that almost looked like blood. After checking out my room, I went to check out the pool, the pool was tiny and all the tiles around the pool were cracked and it looks like the ground had shifted and half of them were risen and the other half flat, the cieling in the pool room was leaking, it was made out of wood panels that were cracked and falling apart. also very dissapointed I had read the reviews before and thought maybe people were exaggerating when they wrote about it, but they were right I should never have stayed there. If you are going to stay there, do not expect that it will be semi-nice.

When we got to the hotel the first thing I noticed was the pool was closed, not a real big deal but I do enjoy to soak in the hot tub or take a swim sometimes. When we got to our room I noticed it smelled like smoke, it was a nonsmoking hotel. The bathroom was dirty and old. There was toothpaste on the wall. There were dead bugs and spiders in the window behind window treatments along with a few months worth of dust. Staff at the hotel didnt know who we were when we checked out after out stay and the food at the hotel was horrible.

Employees were very helpful and professional. Rooms were average but priced accordingly. Enjoyed my stay. Will stay again when traveling back to Eau Claire.

the hotel was under construction but kept clean and the service stayed top notch. very nice rooms, linens changed daily with great service at the front desk.

We were attending an event in the downtown area. The event was held on the same street as the hotel, so location was very conveinient. There was ample dining possibilities within walking distance, and did not use our car until check out.

This was just a nice weekend getaway, nothing real special. When we first walked in I thought that I had picked a very nice, upper-grade hotel. As we entered the elevators immediately we started seeing the cracks in the facade. The rest of the hotel is run down and very tired. The pool is a bath tub and the so called fitness room was the biggest joke of them all. The offered a 20 year old stair stepper and a treadmill that didn't even work. I believe that my bargain price was a rip off! If you are looking for a romantic getaway this is not the place to do it. This would be a good place for a bunch off drunken teenagers to hang out.

The room was typical, nothing overly special. Didn't even look at the pool, so I don't know about that. Having a smoking room, it would have been nice to be able to open a window, but they were screwed shut.

We ended up staying a total of three nights. Nice employees. Pretty good service. Beds were small, very small. View and location were good. Food was fresh and yummy, priced well.
