Overall good. It was busy with alot of kids around, but we were able to steer clear of the noise by getting a room in the 'tower'. By the pool is noisier. Staff was great to find us a nice room in the tower. Complimentary breakfast was a hot one and quite good.

Wonderful Staff
I was on a business trip and needed someplace to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff. There is a nice pool and game room that I did not see until the morning on my way to breakfast. Would have been nice to be told about it a head of time. All in all a good value.

Unless I have to...
The experience was awful. We stayed during the winter to visit family, we're from Seattle so we're not used to the freezing temperatures. The windows were icing on the inside of the hotel...is that normal in Wisconsin? Huge hole in wallpaper, smelled awful, horrible breakfast. The outside looked fairly nice, and I guess it was great in its time, but I would never stay here unless every other hotel was booked.

started okay and got better
When we first checked in, our room was very old and run down. The TV didn't work, the bathroom door didn't close all the way, and it just had that old feeling. We asked for another room and they were able to make it work on graduation weekend. We were moved to a room near the pool and this room was 100% better and the continental breakfest was amazing!

Comfortable
The room was cozy, and the bed was comfortable. There was a dog a couple rooms away which occasionally barked but not enough to wake us in the night. The continental breakfast was ok. One thing that was an inconvenience was that they did not supply any shampoo or body wash, which we had forgotten to bring.

Not bad, but not good either!
Had a hard time opening the door everytime it was used! Our refrigerator didn't work and we didn't realize it until everything inside had to be tossed! Also some of the outlets didn't work! But it was a clean room and bed!
