Great Birthday weekend
I came to this hotel for my birthday weekend and it was a absolute blast, they have a great pool and each room was fabulous. I felt like I was at home and all the staff was very nice to me and my friends. Only complaint is that the game room really isn't that great and only 2 games work so I was dissapointed in that but overall I had a great stay and the morning breakfeast was amazing!

Great Trip
Arriving at the hotel after a long day of flying, the young man at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade my room to a ground floor room without charging me to upgrade. The breakfast was good. Easy to get to local restaurants and shopping. Very quiet at night so you could get a good night sleep. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

good family hotel
We visited Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls. The hotel was very nice. Good shower, clean room and an extra sheet on top of the blanket which I really liked. Hotel blankets make me nervous since they see many clients before being washed. The breakfast was ok.

nightmare
I checked into hotel in afternoon. the sink did not work,so I called the front desk. after gettingmy teeth brushed in the tub that evening, someone finally came in room and fixed the sink and left a dirty work rag on my clean towels.Late that night, I flushed the toilet, and it flooded the room. I cleaned it myself as it was the middle of the night. he next day I asked, and was told They were sold out, but I could have a room under repair.

Great hotel at a fair price
This was a clean hotel with well appointed common areas and a friendly staff. The pool area was great with a video room off to the side. Water in the pool and hot tub was a perfect relaxing temperature. Breakfast bar in the morning was good. I would stay here again.

Don't bring pets with you.
Traveled with two small dogs, found out when we got their that they were going to charge us an extra $40.00 dollars for the dogs. No amenities provided, poor working sink and plumbing, we won't be staying their again, too many other choices in Eau-Claire.

Grandma and Grandpa from Norther WI
Holiday visit
We were in Eau claire to visit with family, many came to the hotel. We were able to visit with them in the pool area and the breakfast area.
