great get away
We had a king size bed room with a refridgator and micro wave with coffee and was free to take our trips to the zoo and the miller breweing factory and come into a fresh cup of coffee and reheat food after hours of walking.

Short drive from hotel
Watch for the signs, as the streets in Milwaukee are hard to find. After you pass them, you relize that you should have turned. Plan ahead for missing streets.

Best hotel stay in a long time.
No complaints. Staff was excellent & helpful. Room was furnished with everything, very clean & even included a flat screen TV in HD. On my next visit to Milwaukee I plan on staying here.

Clean and comfortable
This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great, doing whatever they could to help. The lobby was very nice to relax in and had some computers for personal use. The restaurant was very nice and included some gluten free options on the menu! The hotel sits next door to a mall with more restuarants, anything from casual to dressy. Overall a great spot, would visit here again!

There is a mall just across the parking lot with several eating options, and tons of shopping!

nice but not 4 star
The hotel is in a good location for where I needed to be (right across from a mall) and the common areas of the hotel are well maintained. My room however was pretty 'worn'. There was a couple of stains on the carpet and the edges of the furniture were banged up. The restaurant #at least in the morning# was amaturishly run. We were seated at a table that hadn't been cleared yet and we were charged for the pot of coffee that was from the previous diners. Check-in/out was fast and easy.

The Sheraton, Brookfield met our needs quite nicely. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I would stay there again.

Good hotel for the price
The bed was very comfortable but the room seemed a bit small and outdated. They charge about 25% in fees for room service, which is just too much, I'm glad to tip well those who serve me well but to automatically add 25% to the bill for simply delivering food to the second floor, it's not correct. The location is good, close to the freeway and a shopping mall. Anyway I think next time I would stay closer to Downtown Milwaukee, there's a lot more to do there.

Great!
I have never stayed someplace where EVERY staff was even nicer than the one before! VERY clean rooms, clean lobby, nice pool/workout area. I would stay again! Beds, very soft- gave us bad backs all 3 nights. Other than that, cannot say enough good things.
