La Quinta Inn Milwaukee West Brookfield

I do not understand the low ratings for this motel; the price was reasonable for the location; friendly front desk; nice lobby and eating area, plus a nice breakfast. Computer in the lobby and laundry for guests. Restaurants of all sorts nearby, even within walking distance. We've always liked LaQuinta, except when the location meant the price may be higher than we like.

This hotel had few frills, but that is all I needed. It was only 3 miles from my conference hotel and half the price. My main complaint was the trash in the breakfast area was overly full. Otherwise, it was a nice quiet retreat.

The whole experience was great. Great breakfast bar even for a gluten free person. Very clean. Very friendly. Easy access to Elmbrook Church. Lots of eating places around.

First time we stayed at a La Quinta Inn; and we were quite impressed. Good value for the money.

We have stayed there 4 times in the past year. The breakfast has always been wonderful and still was. The lady that does breakfast was wonderful. But this time, they never cleaned the room in the week we stayed. The last day, they did not even change the towels. It was not filthy, but was the dirtiest we have stayed at in years. We will try one of the other nearby motels next time.

The hotel was okay. Not great, not horrible. We didn't eat the breakfast, which seemed okay (cereal, waffles, fruit, juice). The coffee was terrible. The room needs improvements: they need to put sheer curtains up along with the blackout ones. We stayed on the first floor and when changing, you couldn't have the curtain open because cars were parked right outside the window and could see right in. With the curtains closed, the room was too dark. The nonsmoking room smelled like cigarette smoke and the carpet was damp. The location was close to family, which is why we chose it.

The hotel needs updating, carpets replaced and an upgrade of the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator was scary.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel in the Milwaukee area. The price is good,,, the hotel is average enough,, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is very nice,,, and complimentary!

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and inviting. I appreciate the motel having a computer in the lobby since I didn't have a laptop (I could check my emails). Over all great expereince.

I was in the area for business and I chose this hotel because it had the best value of everything around. I didn't have to pay extra for internet or for breakfast (which included waffles. Yum!) and the room was clean and comfy. Nothing fancy but just what you need. If I'm ever back in the area and the price remains as good as it was, I'll definitely come back.
