Not what we were hoping for.
We were hoping to relax in the hot tub but it was filled with kids using it as a kiddie pool. When some people complained to management the manager walked around and placed POOL RULES on the tables. The pictures showed a nice area to relax and play games and spend time with your family.The weekend we were there there were 3 birthday parties and a stag party going on in the common courtyard area by the pool. After talking to a couple we found out that most of the people were not even guests at the hotel but locals who use the area for parties.The pool area is open until 11:00 and that's how long the parties went on. Very loud! We stayed for two nights. When they made up our room after the first night there were faded stains on our pillow case that looked like blood or chocolate. Not at all what we were hoping for.

Some nuisances but overall good
Our room was too warm and the air conditioning wasn't working right. I went down and asked for a new room. The front desk staff was wonderfully helpful. They let me go into three rooms and take my pick. The pool was clean and good sized. Unfortunately, the pool table and air hockey table were out of order. The location was great for getting back on the highway to keep traveling.

Clean, safe, average room. Nice pool play area.

The clerks were very nice but the cleanliness around the hotel needs to be better. The resturant was supposed to open at 7:00am and it was lateopening,not all the food was ready.The floor around the breakfast tables was full of crumbs and food. I dont think I would eat there again. Our room was clean tho. yay!

The traveling Chef
There when I needed them
Unfortunately I was in town for a funeral so I wasn't thinking about my accommodations; however, whenever and where ever I came into contact with a hotel staff, I found them courteous, informative, and helpful. I ate at the restaurant each day and the staff was also very professional. There were some concerns about the food and I filled out a comment card to give to the Chef.

Nice amenities!
Only issue was the non-smoking room smelled like cigars. They brought up an ionizer, but since we had to sign a note that smoking in the room would result in a $250 charge - surprised that the room smelled like smoke.
