Room was clean would have liked express with breakfast better

Very nice hotel in a good location. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. The staff was friendly.

the room was spotless and pleasantly decorated. There was a note in the bathroom saying if you forgot an toiletries they would be happy to give you toothbrushes, etc free of charge. there was a nice courtyard garden, which was nice in the middle of mall sprawl. They gave two choices of pillows: firm and soft. My only negative comment was that there was no free breakfast, which many other hotels offered. We were only there for one night to see the Air show and most places were booked up, but I was happy to spend the night in a clean place and the kids enjoyed the pool.

I stayed overnight with my three-year old on 7/10/10. Little did I know that several little league teams were staying at the hotel the same night! The pool was overrun by too many little boys who had parents that didn't care that that the kids were being obnoxious and rude! Also, the same kids were running up and down the hall until 11pm at night - quiet hours should have been enforced! Also, the rotating door in the front lobby is difficult to stop - my three-year got his ankle caught in the door. Two employees witnessed this and didn't bother helping me!!!!

We were in town for a soccer tournament. I decided on Holiday Inn and booked online. I haven't stayed in a Holiday Inn in many years and I was pleasantly surprised! Clean rooms with awesome pillows, spotless bathroom and a large desk (free WI-FI)as well. I finished up some work on my laptop when the kids fell asleep;the desk was spacious and the chair was top-notch. Impressed all the way around! I will definitely stay here again!!

I spoke to [...]about a store tht I was looking for and she directed me right to the store. She was very helpful.Everyone at the front desk was excellent.

The hotel was great the rooms were very comfortable, and large. Staff was very accommodating with our large family.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for the Packer game. The front desk staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. The rooms were very nice (the flat screen tv was an added bonus). There was a dirty towl behind the curtain in the room and the shower was difficult to figure out; you can't just turn it to the red (for hot) you have to turn it in a full circle and back to the red for warm water. The pool and hot tub areas were clean. The staff at breakfast were not very friendly. Not once were we asked if we needed anything else (refils, desert, etc.). Overall it was an OK experience. Next time we would probably opt for a less expensive room with free continental breakfast.

Reservation made through Orbitz specified no smoking. We were only offered somoking room - did not even look at it due to asthma. Staff was inflexible and completely unhelpful, and did not even offer to look for alternate accomodations after we suggested it was their responsibility. In the future, we will skip any and all Holiday Inns.

Nicely decorated, clean room with lots of light. Good breakfast buffet, overlooking lovely garden. Pleasant service.
