We were able to find a king bed suite for $57. It was a perfect hotel for the price. We were just looking for some place to sleep so we weren't concerned with amenities, which is good because there weren't any. No business center and Internet in the room was a charge of $4.95 a day. Nice little kitchenette and plenty of space in the room. Only negative was how small the bathroom was. One person could barely fit in there so it was a little difficult for both my husband and I to get ready but that was the only negative we saw. I used to live in the area so I know for a fact that the hotel is in a safe neighborhood.

This hotel offers very comfortable rooms for the price. It's less than 1 mile from the mall. I highly recommend this place.

Hotel was clean and easy to find. It was pretty close to shopping, entertainment and food. But not within walking distance. I was impressed with the quiet of the room. We really couldn't hear outside traffic or the other guests. The only complaint is very small but there was not many tv channels. We did spend some time in our room and it would have been nice to have a little more choices. But for the price we paid it was something easily overlooked.

After checking in to our room, we had two interruptions where maintenance man came directly into room with his own key?! He said he was asked by front desk to check to see if room was occupied, but front desk person stated that he was checking a "spot" on the floor and when we told her what he said then she said "oh no, he was redoing room keys"! Needless to say rooms were double locked after that and no valuables were left in room. We would have left, but was an event weekend and all hotels were booked within 50 mile radius. Mattresses were stained and very dirty! And room smelled terrible of smoke!

The rooms need updating, the carpets were stained with dirt and very worn. Some new pillows that weren't flatter than pancakes, would be nice also. They could step up a notch on the cleaning too, while drying my face with a towel I found someones hair was still in the towel!!! However the hotel staff was nice and promptly gave me new towels when I called down to the desk. You could also smell that pets were allowed in the hotel, while walking down that halls, not a pleasant thing when trying to relax and get away. However it was very nice to have the convenience of having the mini kitchen in the room to keep snacks and drinks.

The hotel was old and very outdated. The lobby smelled like fish the first day. Location was not the best also.

Updates are more than needed; I'm not sure what was older, the bed, the TV or the carpet. I thought a WiFi fee at a business hotel was a joke.
