If sporting events, conventions or business travel bring you to Yakima, we are at the center of it all. Our spacious guest rooms offer wireless Internet access, Serta perfect sleep systems, micro/fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing boards, and HBO. A delicious hot breakfast buffet served 6am-9am, freshly-baked evening cookies and business center is included in the room rate. Our hotel is located across the street from the Valley Mall shopping complex. There are about six restaurants within walking distance. We are within minutes from the airport, Sun Dome, convention center and fairgrounds. We are also located in the surrounding area of wineries, casinos, museums, snow skiing, hiking, hunting, fishing and golfing. Pet Charge: 10.00/night. No rollaways.

What a dump!

Dirty, noisy, unpleasant. Inedible breakfast. Like going to a zoo. Ick.

Convenient and Clean

Easy, clean room. Huge bed. Only issue was uncomfortable pillows

Never again...

I was here for a business meeting. I checked into the hotel around 6pm and around 9:30 when I was getting ready to go to bed I found ants all over the bathroom. After a tracking down the manager I moved to a different room which also had the same ant problem. I slept horribly in the bed, and when people woke up around me the slamming doors at 5am where a great wake up call. I spoke with the head manager and she was able to help me out with a very late checkout so after my meeting I could nap before the drive home but they were unable to give me any type of discount because I bought the hotel online. I would not ever stay at this hotel again. The head manager even told me that they have been having ant problems.

Good location for the price.

Customer service was great. The rooms need to be updated. We had a non-smoking which obviously had been smoked in in the past. Also, there was mold around the ceiling in the bathroom. Surrounding restaurants do provide a nice bonus for staying at the Quality Inn.
