disgusting.
I suggest if you want a place to stay while your in yakima wa to go to the ledgestone hotel. Days Inn was disgusting. The rooms were dirty. The staff was nice but lazy half of the stuff in our room was broken. The whole night we were scared to fall asleep. Our door room didn't lock. I guess that's what I get for trying to find a cheap hotel. The ledgestone hotel is amazing. There friendly, they make sure that you are happy. The beds are so comfortable. Amazing. Days inn I would never go to again. Ever. I would rather sleep in my truck.

The room was clean. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was good and the food was plentiful. The only thing that needed improvement was one parking lot was not plowed, so it was icy and dangerous. The neighborhood was business district and right off of the freeway, but then all the other hotels and motels were on the same street. We would definitely stay here again and would look for a Days Inn when we travel elsewhere.

A little spendy for what you get...
We needed somewhere to stay on our way from the Gorge to Portland...it was on the way, a plus. But, it was pricy for what we got. And, the continental breakfast was not very good. However, the beds were comfortable and it was clean. I would have paid $50-$60 a night comfortably, but we paid much more than that!

The nearest Starbucks is near the Valley Mall...don't go to the one in the Safeway near by, they made all of our coffees wrong!

an o.k. experience
The hotel had good on/off freeway access, yet it wasn't noisy. We just stayed a night and were heading to a show in nearby toppenish. The room was overall clean, but finding a piece of bacon on the floor next to the bed and ajax residue all around toilet floor wasn't appealing. Staff was friendly enough, but they advertise a free daily paper and were out both saturday afternoon and by 8:30 am sunday. the expanded breakfast was meager and of poor quality. we stayed at other days inn's and had a much better breakfast.

good stay
The room was clean, nothing fancy. The only complaint I had was that the water in the shower would go scalding hot randomly. I would stay here again it was great for the price!
