Friendly Staff
We signed up for a room with 2 queen beds but were given a room with 1 king. I mentioned this to a housekeeper as I was bringing bags into the room and she immediately went to the front desk and told them about a suite with queen and fold out bed she had just cleaned. We were moved into the bigger room quickly and without hassle. Great customer service in an otherwise average hotel.

Great Hotel
My husband & I went to Wenatchee for a long weekend & we stayed at this hotel for the first time & we were so impressed by everything about this hotel. They also have a fabulous free breakfast. We will be staying here again the next time we are in town. It's close to stores & restaurants. The staff were very helpful & kind. Loved it!

Excellent getaway with the family
We were there for a weekend on our trip to Lake Chelan. We so loved our stay in this hotel. We loved the morning continental breakfast. Also, they provide milk and cookies every night (Not seen in many of the hotels). They had a nice swimming pool too. The staff were friendly. Over all, we loved our stay. I would strongly suggest this hotel.

Bonney Lake
Very Nice Place!
We stayed in October and the whole lobby was decorated with Halloween stuff. It was very nice and gave the place some personality! We enjoyed it very much!

Excellent Stay
MY adult son and I were in Wenatchee for a four day golf trip. The hotel and staff made the visit effortless and were helpful in finding other dining and recreation areas. The room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet

Hot hot hot!!
The airconditioner was broken so the room was extremely warm, temperature on the unit read 76 degrees. It was hard to sleep. You can't open the window more than a crack. I had planned on doing some work in my room prior to checking out but couldn't get out of there fast enough. I let the front desk know about the aircon and they were aware of it but made no attempt to compensate me.

Great accomodations, wonderful staff
We only used the motel for sleeping as we were attending family Christmas but the staff and room were wonderful. Great value for the price. The only complaint is the ability to get out onto Wenatchee Ave. from the motel during heavy traffic.

Tired Music Lovers
Thanks Wenatchee!
We were in town for the Sasquatch! music festival and decided driving a little extra each day would be worth it for a nice place to stay. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We had our dogs with us, and the staff was extremely gracious in accommodating them. Almost every employee we spoke to was friendly and kind, with a great heart for service. Of course, you can't go wrong with the breakfast bar first thing in the morning, either. The hotel is easy to get to and situated among a large number of commercial businesses and restaurants. It wasn't hard for us to get everything we needed and be close enough to walk out for some dinner. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Experience
This was a wonderful hotel, with nice ammenities such as a gym, pool & spa and very nice sheets. The beds & pillows were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was that I tried to check in early and the hotel staff was not very cooperative, even though they had a room available.
