Great Location

We went to daughters wedding. The only thing disappointing was the pool was not working and the hot tub was not working either. It was a nice room.

Just OK

We were visiting Walla Walla for the annual hot air balloon stampede with our Assistance dog. After checking in we found out the hot tub was out of order. Big disappointment as this was one of the reasons we selected this inn. Normally, they do not charge the pet fee for Assistance animals, but we were charged anyway because we did not have any "documentation" for the dog, even though she was wearing her vest and plaquard. We have never been asked for documentaion before and were unprepared. This all set the tone for the weekend. Rain and no hot air balloons, but the city of Walla Walla is beautiful.

Wonderful scenic bike and walking trails at Mill Creek Dam, Bennington Lake and Rooks Park. Downtown Pioneer Park is beautiful with huge shade trees and an exceptional aviary.

Ugh?!

Business. Was put in the back rooms. Hard to sleep with the domestic abuse taking place in the room adjacent. Some guys are just losers. No one did anything about it.

Very standard 2-star motel. No frills.

This place was exactly what you'd expect for $47.. and for that price, I'm ok with all of the downfalls, of which there are many.Electric baseboard heating.Cinder block walls.Old. Old. Old.Horrible beds. You get the picture. But again -- for the price, and the location, I'm willing to put up with a lot for an evening of wine tasting in Walla Walla.

Hot Room

Went to the Fair and the horse races. Liked the Mill Creek Brewery and dined at the Back Street Bistro. If you want little local color, go to Fat Cats Tavern!

Quiet inspite of rude guests

the room was not ready when we arrived, The staff were courtious and polite. The pool is located in the center of the motel and some of the guests used their balcony to set and jeer at the swimmers. While this is not the motels fault it did make the pool experience unpleasant.

Not at all what we needed or wanted

This location could be a gold mine for anyone who wants to be downtown close to shopping tasting rooms etc. The management however is clueless as to how to conduct business. When I called down to let them know that we had had no maid service for the day and needed some fresh towels I was told that if we could just go down by the pool and get some that would be best! Two mornings in a row the Continental Breakfast was Bagels out of the same plastic box and a box of orange juice on the counter of the lobby not in the room that said Continental Breakfast. I could go on but I would just really say save your money and stay else where.
