Great Overnight Rest
Although this is located a ways out of the downtown area it was a pretty easy access to medical facilities and that is the reason for my two night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again!

Last minute decision 4 day get-a-way.
For needing last minute reservations, this was a good choice and price. Hassle free check-in and check out. Great info on local wineries, restaurants, and local attractions.

Coffee Connections in Walla Walla is a great place for breakfast. Good food, great service, and modest prices.

My hotel of choice when visiting Walla Walla. Beds are very comfortable and lots of pillows! Very good breakfast. Staff goes out of their way to accommodate visitors. I recommend this hotel - worth every penny.

Alhoa Sushi and Olive are 2 pretty good places to eat. Get to Alhoa Sushi early though - we were pushed out at 9 SHARP! (Started shutting down at 8:30 on a Friday night - our reservations were at 8 - kind of awkward.) Olive is good lunch fare.

Good trip had one problem
I reserved the room for 4 nights but the wedding was cancelled and I only needed 2 nights. I asked the desk and they said to contact [...], did that Holiday Inn Express told me I had to contact [...]did that and was told yes I could get a refund after having them contact HI Express. Need to know if I got the refund, didn't get any feedback.

great value and super good service!
Front desk staff provided a map and description of area restaurants with pros and cons of each. They were most helpful to us and very friendly. Our room was very clean and came with all standard conveniences.The free breakfast had a variety of items to choose from including bacon and eggs. We were very comfortable and would go again in a heartbeat.

Acceptable accommodations
The room was clean and well appointed. We had heavy footed upstairs neighbors... not much to do about that. The pool and hot tub were fine. The fitness room however had equipment that wasn't in top working order. They do offer a complimentary pass to a nearby fitness center, if you choose to do that. The morning breakfast was suitable. It was a basic motel experience. Friendly, courteous staff. It is a bit out of the downtown area but if you have a car, getting around from there isn't a challenge.

Great experience!
The staff were great to work with, we enjoyed warm cookies and milk when we got there, and a great breakfast bar the next morning. Did a little exercise in the morning and hit the hot tub before bed. Thank you for a great trip!

If anyone likes health food, he should try Andy's Market which is located about 5 miles from the hotel. The store has more health food items than the Whole Food Market, and quality is superb. I highly recommend this market.
