The Groveland Cat Lady
Comfortable, clean, affordable lodging
Easy to find, recently renovated with spacious rooms. The breakfast was fine. If there was a minor complaint, the bed was not very comfortable, yet the last time we stayed there in March, the bed was perfect so must vary room to room.

Take the short walk through the breezeway to Billigans Steak House. Throw your peanut shells on the floor while you wait for your meal, which you will enjoy. Some of the best ribs ever!

Low end.
There for a horse show so found it hard to maneuver with a 1 ton dually pickup. There was no through traffic spots. Hard to turn and park. Directions were difficult to locate on the first try. People upstairs were heavy. Sound proofing non existence. Missed the breakfast as I had to be out by 05:00. The room was very comfortable. Amenities were excellent. TV channels sucked. Basic Cable would have been nice.

Special time with Grandson
Had Dinner,Played board games and got in the pool and hot tub.The next morning had their continental breakfast, and went to see a movie.The room was nice,but the pool was kinda cool and the hot tub was small.

Nicer on the inside
Was able to check-in a few hours early. Friendly and helpful staff. The outside of the place looked outdated but the rooms were spacious and recently remodeled. Pet friendly with certainly enough space for small to medium sized dogs (although the non-refundable fee seemed a bit excessive). Overall good experience. Would definitely stay here again.

A great stay
A fantastic job with the remodel. My parents stayed there four years ago and we thought it was okay. The changes that have been made are great. The bathroom is large and spacious. A great location between Interstate 5 & Interstate 205.
