Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites VANCOUVER MALL/PORTLAND AREA

We were in town for a wedding and needed a comfortable home away from home. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Will stay here again and highly reccommend.

The hotel was located about 4/10 of a mile from where offices I was visiting, a nice walk to get each day started. A variety of restaurants were also with-in easy walking distance. I never needed a car. The room was spotless clean, comfortable bed and pillows, easy and precise temperature control. I had a great nights rest each evening.

The room was lovely. Location would have been difficult had we not had a gps. Checkout was lengthier than it should have been. The only clerk was on the phone with a vendor and did not get to us for some time.

Excellent beds and very clean rooms, TV had a limited channel selection and a confusing guide but they did offer a free DVD library and players in every room. The cleaning staff was extremely nice and went out of their way to help.

Everyone went out of there way to be helpful, they have free dvd rentals, breakfast was great and everything was extra clean.

This is a clean, comfortable place. Amenities are good, the pool and spa were nice. We had a large room with one king bed, and there was lots of space. Staff was reasonably helpful and friendly. We would stay again, but you will need a car at this location - I accompanied my husband on a business trip, and he had to come back & drop me off where I wanted to visit. Overall a good experience!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, well organized

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We showed up during some pretty extreme weather, for the week of Thanksgiving. Our room was warm and clean. As it was freezing every night, the front desk even had ice scrapers for our use, On the day before Thanksgiving, the host asked us if we could skip having housekeeping clean on the next day, so that they could give as much of the staff the day off as possible. To some people, that may have been an inconvenience, but to us it meant that they really cared, and we normally only have housekeeping come in about every 2-3 days anyway, so it was perfect. As always, breakfast was exceptional as they tend to be in hotels, H.E. is one of the BEST for a hot breakfast! We will definitely be staying there again when Thanksgiving is at my sister in-law's house!! Loved it!

This hotel is better managed than any hotel we have ever stayed at. We were seriously impressed. The rooms were nicely decorated, well appointed with many extras, and clean. Every staff member was helpful, polite and actually cared about how happy we were. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the area. We had come to watch a pro racing event and a few top racers must have heard about the place, because they also stayed at this hotel along with their team managers.

Good on-line description. Much better then expected. Close to highway. Very relaxing stay. Very, very happy wife. We'll be back when visiting relatives again.
