Not worth the extra money

This hotel charges extra for parking, internet, and no continental breakfast. The TP reminded me of the TP they gave us in the Army. Rough and tough. Also very few resturants close by,

Good get away location

The staff was very hospitable, and made you feel welcome every time you came in. getting help from the desk was no problem either with luggage and/or extra coffe for our room, at no charge. The parking fee of $13 was a bit much. should be maybe $10 a nite. There was no problems with the room. just on a couple of days, the relief maid, I guess, had not put in the room enough towels/rags/coffee, for a family of 7. the regular maid did on other days. we stayed in room 543 from 12/22 to 12/30. got a nice view of the park with christmas lights, that made our stay more enjoyable. Ate at the resturante 3 times. service was good. staff was friendly/attentive. food alittle over priced though.

Ok, but won't stay there again.

Upgrades paid for (top floor, view, high end linens, robe, breakfast coupons) were not ready when I checked in[...]. Friendly staff, nice conference facilities, public transportation to Portland difficult to navigate (no light rail from Hotel into Portland)

Helpful staff, ok room, nothing included

The concierge staff went above and beyond in helping us map some routes, etc. The in-hotel restaurant was unbelievably good, and the room was decent and well cleaned. My only complaint is that absolutely nothing was included in the price of this room except maybe the pool/fitness center... parking cost $12/day, internet was $7/day, no continental breakfast, etc. I've come to expect these amenities.

Hilton Vancouver Washington

Very good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Limited choices immediately surrounding the hotel. Open, bright fitness center with multiple aerobic exercise choices and stations. Very pleasant staff.

Hilton Vancouver

Overall very happy with the hotel. The only real issue, if you could call it that, was you have to pay for parking in the garage. They should just lump it into the bill

a nice meeting place

We came for an Irish Dance competition. The venue was great and the staff were very nice. I liked that the hotel was in a nice setting and we were able to walk to a wide variety of restaurants.

Good location, great little city

Easy access to Portland, Mt. Hood, and Mt. Saint Helen. We spent four days and enjoyed the whole area without the hassle of being down town portland. Great park across the street with a famers market on Saturday and art fair. Parking was $13 per night self park but the garage was clean a plenty of spaces. This is a convention hotel, no convention while we were there, Id check before booking.

Just what I needed

Needed somewhere convenient for thanksgiving with son and his girlfriend's family. Hotel was in downtown so I could visit local spots (OK, there is nothing to do in Vancouver, I know) and just round corner from freeway access. Also handy for PDX

Nightlife tip: Short walk from hotel

Niche wine bar offers nice tastings. Holiday tree lighting was right outside the hotel. Pretty lame but kids squealed! I took a picture.
