Pretty Good

The location of the hotel is right downtown, which makes it very easy to walk to stores, theaters, and parks. Plus, the hotel staff members offer maps of the area. The room was standard and clean. The gym was nice and the pool was refreshing. The best thing was the restaurant in the hotel. The portions were extremely large and tasty. The waiters were also friendly and let us enjoy our meal without being too obtrusive. I would definitely go back, if I stayed in the area.

Ok, but won't stay there again.

Upgrades paid for (top floor, view, high end linens, robe, breakfast coupons) were not ready when I checked in[...]. Friendly staff, nice conference facilities, public transportation to Portland difficult to navigate (no light rail from Hotel into Portland)

Portland/Klamath Consult

This was an excellent hotel with exceptional service. I was only disappointed by the fact that the proximity of PDX was not as it appeared on the internet. It took me longer to get there than anticipated therefore I incurred additional transportation fees.I would have appreciated the use of a hotel shuttle.

FABULOUS

making my weekly business trip to pdx and like to stay at newer places and this one held up quite nicely. was a little on the spendy side but the cleanliness and the quiet made up for it. also parking was only 12$s versus 20 to 30$s in dwntwn pdx. nice view from the room and i was on the inside of the building which deffinately was suprising. hope to stay again soon.

hilton is grand!

Attended a very large convention at the hotel; staff were exemplary in hospitality, housekeeping, and all the little details that came up along the way. In addition, my friend forgot a piece of luggage as we were leaving, which the hotel kindly mailed to him gratis.
