Just ok
The desk people didn't give the feeling that the customer was important. They made you feel that you were brothering them, and they had more important things (administrative) to do. The rest of the work staff had a smile and a greeting for us.

Cool Comfort and Peace.
Due to renovations at my home and a heat wave I checked into Best Western just down the road. Excellant check in/out staff. Gorgeous, spacious room and great price. I will be staying there again as renovations continue.

Nice Stay
Attended granddaughter's play. Stay enjoyable. Staff quick to take care of entry card problem. Would stay again. Location great.

Exactly what I expected
Everything was just fine. I needed a place to land that was quiet and had a breakfast offering other than doughnuts and bagels. The breakfast was adequate, with egg patties, sausage, toast with several bread options, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruits etc...very nice. Good coffee too! Nice and courteous staff. Room was very clean and spacious. Nothing to want for in my stay, and would go here again. Close to facilities, and located conveniently off the 205 interstate.

three night stay
Very friendly staff that dealt with the little problem in the bathroom immediately by transferring us to another room and was in general very willing to provide all sorts of information about the area. - At breakfast they could do with less plastic.

Good Service, Convenient Location
Staff was competent and friendly. Difficult to get into the parking lot from some directions. Breakfast was ok, more than continental, but a little limited. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Short stay with family
The room was spacious, plenty for three of us and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, much more than the typical continental breakfasts you find at many hotels. Nice indoor pool, hot tub and sauna area. Wish they had flatscreen TV instead of the older model, but it worked just fine.
