Incredible quality of service
I participated 2011 AcademyHealth ARM (conference) in Seattle. Also, I played golf during the interval time in the golf course near the hotel.

Perfect for the price!
I dont understand why all the bad reviews. For 45 dollars a night and a free shuttle to the airport it was everything I needed. The bed was comfy. The room was clean. What more could you ask for for that price? The only problem I had was the internet connection was sketchy and would fade in and out.

The light rail that takes you right in to downtown Seattle is less than a mile away from the hotel. And they even offered to drive me there but it is in walking distance.

Not so great
This was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen. There was a bright light in the walkway just outside our room and there was no curtain, just some blinds. So we had to sleep with that bright light shining in all night. The bed was hard and squeaky. The location was convenient, close to the airport, but there are so many other motels in the area, I would definitely find another next time.

It's OK for the money
A cheap place to stay, if your budget is allowed, stay away from this hotel.

Long Layover Larry
Fit the bill
I had a 9-hour layover in Seattle, so for $52 I thought I'd splurge and stay in a hotel (or motel, as the case may be). The shuttle took 20-minutes to arrive, but the motel is reasonably close, less than 10 minutes from the airport. My room actually had a full kitchen, which I might have used if I had been in the room longer than six hours. The TV had plenty of channels and even on demand movies. The morning shuttle leaves every half hour, but not in between. The room was clean and reasonably quiet.

Short drive from hotel
If you're driving, make sure you get the directions right for this motel. Posted signs warn that, because of high drug and prostitution activity in the area, your license plate number will be recorded if you drive up and down the steet too many times.

Location and service are top notch
Great location, very wellcoming staff, rooms were clean and updated, TV was big and the added touch of the coffee service and frige in the room was the finishing touch to a great stay. The breakfast was nice and the area to eat was very homey. We will be back again and will tell friends to stay here when in Seattle.

Not happy!!!!
Trip was Business and fun. I picked the location cause it had a pool. But when I got there pool was under construction. The room next to us had Police show up in the middle of the night. I left in the morning to work while sister stayed with the kids. Someone walked into the room while they were there. Scared my kids! Next night had the grave yard manager yelling at some people right outside my door at 3 in the morning. An hour and 1/2 before we had to get up to catch a flight out. I came back to the motel to complain and left a letter for the general manager to call me, listing the complaints. Staff told me she started at 7am. It is now 9am and I have yet to hear from her. Never staying there again!!!!

Sleepless in Seattle HOJO
Upgrade didn't go far enough...
The room had been partially upgraded recently; however, the fan/ a.c. was extremely loud: every time it turned on we both woke up. The location is "sketchy" enough that we didn't want to open the windows (we were on ground floor), so we were stuck with noisy fan or overly warm room. Bed was hard. Towels were small and scratchy-old. Refrig was loud too. Kitchenette had full cabinets, refrig and cooking appliances, but not a single thing to do cooking with. Had a coffee maker with 1 coffee provided, but not even a wooden stirrer to mix cremora and sugar in to our styrofoam coffee cups. (I wondered: Do most people bring pots and pans and silverware with them in their luggage?) It seems a skeleton provision of kitchenware would be helpful... I could live with all of the above, except... the loud air con. At a minimum, I like a reasonably quiet room to sleep in. We got VERY little sleep. Boo hiss. Then breakfast wasn't available till 7 am. For those catching early flights, esp bus people, this means to me that this airport hotel cleanly escapes providing breakfast for anyone with a flight before 9:30 am. So don't stay here if your flight's earlier and you want a muffin or something.

not bad
It's close to the airport, but not in a great neighborhood. We chose this hotel because of the pool, and then got there to find the pool closed.. our lesson, call first. The best thing was the size of the room. With 2 little kids, we really appreciated the wall separating the beds. We all got a little privacy. clean enough, but the breakfast was on the skimpy side. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Short drive from hotel
Southcenter Mall area is very close by. The Westfield Mall is newly renovated and has nice shopping and terrific dining options. Even their food court is gourmet and delicious. Also, you can find every major strip-mall typical store in the area: Jo-Ann's, Best Buy, Kohls, Target, etc...etc...
