Mediocre
Hotel needed some updating and repairs throughout. The positive of the experience was that the room we stayed in was clean and the staff (we saw one person at the front desk) was friendly. Location is also nice, very close to I5, I405 and Southcenter Mall. I will not, however, stay here again as it was not as nice as I expected and there are lots to choose from in that area.

Not the best, not the worst
We only stayed there for one night so didn't really need anything fancy but I was disappointed with a few things.First- no complimentary breakfast, just coffee. Second- courtesy shuttle hours are from 6am to like 9:30pm. It didn't work with our time table and we had to get a cab.Third- The bathroom *smelled* clean but looked dirty. Kinda like they just sprayed some air freshener cleaning stuff.Overall it wasn't a bad deal. The kitchen in the room was great since we needed a fridge for the baby's milk. I didn't ask if they had porta-cribs available, we brought our own. Also, a thing to note. The guy at the desk said [...]booked us a smoking room when I vividly remember the non-smoking picture at booking. He said it was a very common thing for [...]to do and screwed up their availability. We ended up having to get a room with two double beds instead of a room with one queen which is what we originally wanted.I was also hoping for rooms with indoor entryways but it was more motel style with the rooms being accessed from the outside. I didn't note any elevators but we were lucky enough to get a room on the first floor.

Value for the price but nothing special
Just needed a cheap place for one night. it fit the bill. there was a small kitchen but I didn't make use of it at all other than the coffee maker. Had to scrub out filter basket, had quite a bit of "buildup"

Good price for location
The rooms were okay and having a kitchen was nice. However, there were no utensals, drinking glasses are cups for coffee even though there was a coffee maker.

Would not stay here again.
We got a hotel room here due to location and price. It did not seem like a lower level 2 star hotel, but it certainly was. We just needed to sleep the night before going to SEATAC early the next morning. But the bed linens were so thin and the pillows were awful, so there was not much for sleep. In the end, if you really want to sleep, pay the extra amount and get a nicer hotel. This hotel was just bare bones, no comfort here.

A nice, convenient value.
1 or 2 minutes from I-5. Be sure to follow the exit signs all the way through. We took 154B. Exits 154A and 154B are not mentioned in Mapquest. Definitely designed for an extended stay. Perfect for anyone, especially a family wanting to vacation and save money on food. One minor annoyance - A kitchen without salt and pepper shakers, come on.

Close to Seatac airport and restaurants.
Check in easy; room clean and easily assible; Quiet; parking close to room. All kitchen and cooking utensils were there and clean; I fixed breakfasts and dinners in room and enjoyed savings that way; I would go there again and recommend it to others.
